Simply pull it on over the head to wear. It is designed to resemble the 2 piece with the 'headband' forehead section sewn directly into a continuous seam of the 'hood' head and neck covering the opening for the face. The super soft and stretchy fabric is a 95% cotton/5% polyester (spandex) blend.
