Ladies love the easy to wear fashionable Turban which just slips on over the head. However, not a full hijab by itself but a complementary piece meant to be worn strategically to cover or with additional hijab item. The fit and coverage depends on the head size and the amount of hair the wearer has.
The turban is made of 1 way stretchy polyester/spandex blend fabric and is embellished with a single flower. The hijab has a padded foam headband for a clean finished look and a good secure hold across the forehead. At the nape of the neck runs a line of enclosed elastic that forms a small pouch and give the turban it's distinct round shape. The fabric extends down on both sides of the head which makes 2 long sashes for either wrapping to cover the neck, braiding with a scarf or shawl, or allow them to hang at the sides. The photo shows the long sashes wrapped under the chin and pinned on both sides. The hem is trimmed in white wave embroidery stitches.
